  • ⤑ Absolutely! Your child can still participate even if they’re not enrolled in a charter school. You’re always welcome to pay privately.

  • ⤑ Not a problem. Several of our courses can be offered virtually. Please indicate your preference when you sign up and we reach out.

  • ⤑Unless we are prorating due to a mid-month start, packages cover a full calendar month with consecutive classes. Package pricing includes four classes; if the month has five weeks, the fifth class is added on to your package (to be reflected on your PO) —unless we are closed for holidays, continuing education, staff meetings, or similar reasons.

  • ⤑The more instruction your child receives, the greater the benefits. This additional support will significantly enrich your child’s learning experience and help them thrive even more.

  • All absence notices must be communicated directly to Tailored Roots Learning—not to the teacher.

    24 hours’ notice is required to receive a makeup; otherwise, the session will be forfeited.

    Makeups must be scheduled within the same month of active enrollment.

    All makeups must be used within the month of the absence, unless approved otherwise. Any unused makeups after this period will be forfeited.

    No credits or refunds are issued for missed, canceled, or unused classes or makeups.

    We will get back to you within 24 hours (usually less) to begin tailoring your needs.

  • ⤑ To withdraw from classes, a cancellation form must be submitted to admin@tailoredrootslearning.com.

    Please note that informing a teacher does not count as an official cancellation and until you receive a confirmation from us, your cancellation is not considered complete.
